Refund policy

Products covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee

Products whose page displayed a 90-day money-back guarantee when purchased, including Beet Flow, are eligible for a refund request within 90 days of delivery. Opened, used and empty bottles are eligible. You do not need to explain why you were dissatisfied. The guarantee shown at purchase also applies to sale prices and bundles. The 30-day, unused-item conditions and sale-item exclusion below do not apply to this 90-day guarantee. For existing orders, we honor the conditions promised at the time of purchase.

Email contact@cateringshopi.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. The refund guarantee does not guarantee the effectiveness of the product.

Returns for other products

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact contact@cateringshopi.com. Support will provide the return address after reviewing your order. Do not send returns to the registered business address or the address on the shipping package without instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Contact contact@cateringshopi.com with any return questions.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order on receipt and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us with questions about a specific item. We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards, except for products covered by the 90-day guarantee above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional processing time. If more than 16 business days have passed since approval, contact contact@cateringshopi.com.
