Shipping
Eligible standard shipping to Japan and the United States is free. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available method and final shipping charge. Any applicable taxes are also displayed at checkout.
After dispatch, use the tracking link in your shipping notification to follow your parcel. For delivery updates or an address change, contact us with your order number.
Subscriptions & first-delivery gifts
Choose a one-time purchase or deliveries every 1, 2 or 3 months. Subscriptions save 20% off the one-time price and automatically renew and charge for the selected kit at your chosen interval. Your initial and recurring amounts appear on the product page and at checkout.
The eligible 2-pouch kit includes a glass jar with the first delivery. The combined 2-pouch + D3 & K2 kit includes a jar and travel case. These accessories do not repeat with refills.
